Aggie Properties, LLC is the parent entity for a variety of real estate, development, construction and property management ventures, including Aggie Real Estate, LLC, Aggie Commercial, LLC, Aggie Property Management, LLC and others. We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage by the State of Colorado, and subscribe to the highest ethical standards set by our membership in both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR). We further participate in the multiple listing service (MLS) through the Fort Collins Board of Realtors (FCBR) and the commercial MLS through the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR).
Our specialized firm, which was launched in 2005 as a split off from another real estate venture, is guided by long-time business partners, Braun Mincher and Andrew Bantham. Mincher is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been active in the real estate industry since 1996, and Bantham is a practicing attorney who has been active in the real estate industry since 1992.
